Metal Purity

The precious metals that you select for your custom jewelry are guaranteed to be of the highest purity, and stamped with the metal content, such as 18k or S/S.
Each piece is signed.

Ring Size

Your ring is guaranteed to be the size ordered. Please get your finger measured at a local jewelry store, or we can send you a finger gauge. If you are choosing a wide band, request that the sizing be done with a wide finger gauge. If your ring is delivered in a size other than what was ordered, we will replace or resize the band at no additional charge.

Otherwise, if you need your ring resized, the charges are as follows:

Re-Sizing: Prices include return shipping:
  1. Mokume Band : $75.00
  2. Sterling: $30.00
  3. Gold:  $45.00

Repairs and Damaged Items

Damaged items: You will be charged for material, labor and shipping.
Damaged items include, but are not limited to: broken and worn prongs, chipped/broken/lost stones, and damage to metal caused due to contact with chemicals. A price quote and turnaround time are given before repairs begin.
Full payment is required at that time.

Diamond Quality

You will be assisted in selecting the perfect diamond to meet your needs, through a fast and easy process. You will be provided with a list of diamonds to choose from, describing the carat weight, clarity, color, quality of the cut (such as Ideal, Very Good, etc.) and price. You may also request further information on the diamond before purchasing, such as the depth and table proportions. All diamond purchases are non-refundable.

Any diamond over ½ carat that you order will be fully certified by an independent gemological laboratory and your diamond is guaranteed to be exactly what you order.
There are no refunds on diamonds.

Gem Quality

All of our gemstones and cabochons are natural. These stones represent years of knowledge and expertise in selecting the best quality, cut and colors that are offered on the market today. Enhanced-colored stones will be noted on the description page. You may also request further information on any gemstone before purchasing, such as the depth and table proportions.

Payment Methods:

You may pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or DiscoverCard, or you may also pay with a personal/business check, cashiers check or money order in the mail.

Custom work requires one-half of the total price, as a down-payment upon confirmation of order. The balance is due before shipping. You may use any of the following methods:

Delivery Time:

Items ordered from stock will normally ship within 2 business days.

Custom jewelry is fabricated after you order it. We typically have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks from the date of deposit. You will be informed of an exact shipping date at the time you place you order. On custom-limited edition jewelry, the same applies.

Return Policy:

In the event that you are less than completely satisfied, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your approval. At your request, a full refund of unworn jewelry will be made if:

  1. We are contacted prior to the item being returned,
  2. It is returned by an insured, traceable method, within 7 days of the invoice date and is safely packed in an appropriate manner.

Refunds on jewelry bought by personal check/money order/cashiers check will be issued when the check clears the bank. (10-13 Days)

We are not responsible for items returned to us which are lost in transit.
Customer assumes liability and responsibility for resolving these types of issues with their carriers. Protect yourself by insuring returns for their full value if sent by USPS. Check with Fed Ex, UPS for their lost/tracking/insurance policies

Limitations:

In rare cases, some individuals have allergic or chemical reactions to certain metals, which we cannot foresee. Returns will not be granted for this.

Shipping:

All packages are shipped via USPS, first class and insured. You will have to sign for your package.


If you need your jewelry sooner:

USPS - 2 day delivery, add an additional $14.00.

Fed Ex – Overnight, add an additional $24.00.


Sales Tax:

Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
